Our research focuses on the role of behavioural, cognitive, psychological and social mechanisms and interventions for patients with cardiovascular disease and their partners, with the goal of improving cardiovascular health, mental health, and quality of life outcomes.
We have special interest in health behaviour change interventions (e.g., smoking cessation, exercise), social relationships and health, and psychological interventions aimed at improving mental health among cardiovascular patients (and their partners).
